So business as usual then?

At any rate, it sounds like DBG can legally continue business as usual due to their permits. The recent opposition, if it actually becomes anything at all when DBG continues drilling, is going to be dealt with by police or courts if it has to go that far. This isn't a new thing, they hated Dbg back in 2011 and in 2015 they refreshed us about that, sounds like more noise and business will go on.
