RE:The camp DBG time in Sheslay is coming to an end. There will never be a mine developed in the Sheslay Valley. It doesn't matter what DBG drills, the value will never see the surface. DBG'S permits runs out in 2025. DBG has 3 years to string along the market in an effort to get the market to believe the communication agreement fixed the TCG desire for mining to stop in Sheslay. The BC Gov will not issue DBG another permit. It will be the end of the Hat story.
Tahltan Central Government President Chad Norman Day says his Nation has long opposed Doubleview Gold Corp.’s work in Sheslay, which is an important area for subsistence hunting.
"As the Nation continues to enforce its rules on the territory, it is also working on plans to permanently protect Sheslay Valley"
. Tahltan stewardship planning identified three areas the Nation would focus on: Klappan, Ice Mountain (Mount Edziza) and Sheslay. In total, the proposed protection would span over one million hectares.
