Why hasn't the Board of DBG updated shareholders...?

I have read everything that has been posted, and reposted about the past by Seveneleven, the reality is why hasn't the Board of Directors updated shareholders about current negotiations. They were quick to report and lift the trading halt as urged by shareholders so the stock could get trading again to provide buying and selling opportunities. I always find this approach suspect at the best of times. Anyone have an update about current negotiations, or are there any negotiations. One would think something would have leaked by now if indeed there were negotiations ongoing.
