gradual releases allows time for negotiations. Scandium is the big bait for a major. I'll be interested in which major comes in second and third for future investment. Certainly another pr next week just which day saying what is the question. The strategy seems obvious. They like Thursdays so I'd say no later than next thursday. Jmo
