Has DCOP/Werbes perjured?

During DCOP's attempt both to weasel out of my lawsuit regarding the original Copper Keg claim group potentially illegally sold to DCOP by Mr. Pollard, a matter yet to be determined in Court, and to leave co-defendant Mr. Pollard stranded to defend himself, it appears to me and others that Mr. Werbes has perjured himself.
