Its subsidiaries include Valley Comfort Systems Inc., Unicast Inc., Slimline Manufacturing Ltd., Northside Industries Inc. and Hawk Machine Works Ltd.

Fourth quarter earnings at $.10 per share.Increased production at lower costs.Increased dollar sales,increased unit sales over last years record numbers.Looking for aquisitions.Company looks very strong to me
