The Kelowna/West Kelowna Wild FiresHappy to write that DE was not inegatively impacted and the fires did not reach Northland Industries facility or the DE head office.
However there is no news on whether any employees were among the many folks who unfortunately lost their homes.
Fire fighters from 41 departments helped out in battling the flames around the 2 communities as well as the provincial forest fire fighters.
