RE:the itg buyer of mtb exposedfrenchfry1 wrote: it was in the news recently that Bernard wilfried was the owner of 12,825,000 shares of mtb, on june 12 wilfried bought over 200,000 shares of mtb as posted on sedar, itg was the only buyer of mtb shares on jun 12 so wilfried is the person who has been buying through itg all these years, what does this have to do with dec? old timers here know that mtb has 35% of the red cliff project and dec has 65%, also in the past every time itg bought mtb shares fidelity would buy dec shares, now that wilfried owns over 10% of mtb all his share purchases will be posted on sedar, if the fidelity buyer(assuming that it is just one person) gets over 10% of dec then their identity will be exposed on sedar as well, I have calculated taking into consideration the consolidation that the fidelity buyer owns 2,730,000 shares of dec and needs to be around 5 million to get 10%, is the fidelity buyer wilfried? maybe, in the past I heard that the big buyer was the Chinese but this is not true, hopefully the fidelity buyer continues to buy to get to that 10% level, this year already they have bought over 1,200,000 shares
I’m reposting this because I believe it may be a substantial piece of information for discussion that I’d hate to see get buried because of all my posts.
