What I'd like to know.

What I'd like to know. How much work does the drilling company do for other exploration companies that don't have insiders or directors from DEC on their payroll.

Are the rates DEC is charged competive with other drilling companies in the area?

What percentage of the drilling company's revenue comes from DEC and MTB.

Don't get me wrong, if the drilling company does lots of work for other companies and the rate DEC is charged is comparable to what they charge other nonrelated companies for drilling then it's no big deal. However, it does make it hard to figure out how much a insider at DEC who is also an owner in the drilling company benefits from being a DEC insider, in particular if the DEC insider is also a decesion maker.

It's also possible that DEC and it's shareholders benefit from this arrangement, but , the only way to know that would be to see the books of the private drilling company.
