DEC market cap. ~ 10 million USD. 2% is 200 000 usd. Do you really think, that ANY fund manager under ANY brokerage companies will speculate with 200 000 usd... moreover in junior exploratrion segment???....... So if that's the case we should have a group of fund manager under brokerage 22 Fidelity, deliberately selling DEC equity from OVER 1000 DIFFERENT clients accounts..... LOL..
