It appears that Canaacord was a prime instigator of the sell off - why can only be answered by them. I think it could very well have been a ploy to shake off non-committed retail investors so that they or others could get in on the "cheap" one last time before this starts to really move off. But that is just speculation.
What is not speculation is that nothing has changed. Still looking at late May / early June to get the PEA.
