Defence to ship concentrate to Ucore …

Defence to ship concentrate to Ucore …Okay we have a MOU with Ucore (UCU), so why does it take a month to ship the sample to UCU? Load it on a truck and ship it to Ontario. How long will it take to run test? We are moving forward albeit in baby steps. We are overdue for a good positive NR.
