Has anybody read the management proxy...... Waldron is a lucky Ba... to be working for a Canadian Company because the Bull he wrote and granted himself in the mangement proxy make me sick and would make him a candidate for the big house in the US. If he was serious he would resign. What type of idiots "yes man" are on the BOD to agree with the fact that the Chairman and CEO of the Corporation is one of the two members of the compensation committee. THIS IS AGAIN ALL THE RULES OF CORRECT CORPERATE GOVERNANCE. It is these type of shenanigans that have destroy DFI and somedody (s) should be held accountable. I believe that there is more money to be made through a class action suit then by buying any share in this turker that is run by WOOLFS that only care about their one wallets.
