In actual fact over 700,000 ct are mined from under the sea evey
year. The bigest player in this business is De Beers, where they
mine more then 600,000 ct a year.
By the way this De Beers second most profitable business in the
world .
The risk is actually less then investing in Canadian diamond
project.
