DFR is up 50% today and no news?

The exchange is a joke.... why is there no update required by the exchange.... these guys don't feel it necessary to update shareholders since September... ridiculous imo.

No kidding somebody knows something. I was going to add more yesterday based on the trading.  It should have halted this am with news
