omnia deal was priced at around 50 cents and kalt now do a financing at 05 with a full 6 cents warrant for 5 years. my question here is does he work for shareholders .i think he should give the shareholders a right to buy at this price proportionnally to their holding. it look like dixie gold is now a lifestyle co with no care to shareholders.since the barrick saga now the omnia lawsuit we look like a court co not a mining explorer.
