I don`t know why people are surprised . This has happened thousands of times with junior miners . That`s their nature . When there is no money and no hope left you reorganize and start over , leaving your old share holders in the dirt . Always making sure you have a nice salary. Mining promoters have no shame and this women is no different . The least she could have done was release the results
