When do EL shares convert? Is that why the price is dropping

Hey all, newbie here... Curious why the price dropped so much today. Is it to get ahead of the EL share conversion or is there some sort of market manipulation going on as some have previously suggested? Thanks

we know we have market manipulation..... as far as this actually meaning much only time will tell.... always confusing to know how one can dump so much paper at a profit.. thats the only confusing part for me unless its naked shorts..

One of the biggest s*itshow i have seen.. when the market is red that is red (obviously). when the market is green, this one is red. I mean this stock is going down for over 1 year now.. and with inflation, the russian aggresion i dont see this will turn or the mm has any stress to kick that up to the sky... When they can short (or naked short) and gaining money with it, why change something that

as long as they can they will .. everything has a bottom... if the deals fall apart and we had no cash i would be concerned.. but im not buying it.. what am doing is low ball bidding.. the chart started at a dime cant be far off a bottom....
