He is very active with analysts and made me think that we will see a steady stream of Article type updates.
Even though the delivra deal was non dilutive I think we will hover here until deal closes, if you consider DVA current share price .52 is close to .59 of Hvt current SP .97, until deal closes i’m thinking this will behave like a typical dilutive PP.
i have searched through all of MMJs financial reports but cannot find an explanation how they’re shares ended up in the DVA deal, but as I mentioned before there cash position has grown from a few hundred K to 12 million in 3 months. I also wonder if they have orchestrated something similar with this new greenhouse deal. We shall see
