Dva closes in Q1 not Q4Is closing in Q1 not Q4 deliberate ..I think so ... maybe revenue projections...which grant being a retail guy would have running weekly reports .. is good enough or grant wants to deliberately not rise above 1.75 in share price in the next 7 months to have all those warrants lapse.. 13 percent dilution goes away kinda like a mini buyback effect .. when dividends are paid ..better for everyone...
