RE:RE:RE:Maybe - maybe not

RE:RE:RE:Maybe - maybe notI am serious….As I stated, I may be dead wrong. There is no way they are going to get the SP up high enough to prevent dilution. The hope is the financing is not too large – just like RTI. Hopefully enough to get to cash flow positive and work on cleaning up the balance sheet…it’s a mess for sure.
Just an example, Radient (RTI) just did a financing at an all time low (I believe). An institutional investor. Certainly not what shareholders (bag holders) want to see for sure. Institutions are not going to pay any more than they have to.
This IMO is the gameplan by the institutions – they drove the sector to the bottom and now they are going fishing in shallow water and will scoop the companies that have “value”.
If HVT has value in it’s products and they need a little more runway to prove the business model they along with other’s will want to invest. I think that happens soon or HVT runs out of cash.
If I’m wrong, it is dead.
