Satipharm sale is good news - Products not selling

Satipharm sale is good news - Products not selling
Selling Satipharm is an excellent strategic decision from my standpoint. The demand was very low and the investments required to distribute internationally would have been very high. They now have two excellent product line amongst best selling products in their respective category. Here is the abstract from a conversation with investors relation in 2020.
Satipharm Oil gone from Shoppers? Why?
United greeneries owns the sales license to Satipharm Oil on Shoppers, but Harvest One owns the IP and everything. Need to reapply or utilize the license loyalty if United Greeneries restocks.
Satipharm capsules in Canada, import or manufacture, where is it?
Import license only for R&D, still ongoing and is a priority for sales license. It needs a considerable amount of cash to get the project going so it is not a priority currently to manufacture in Canada.
So there we have it. Well priced CBD company with products flying from the shelves. End of March financials should give an indication of positive EBITDA in the very near future.
