And they didn't over at KDI lol!
If you were a spinout recipient over there you made out handsomely so
I wouldn't be too quick to judge the "insiders" of companies that make money for
their shareholders as well.

DIA has less than 3 million shares trading for the next 4 months... if they sat on their hands and held the stock up at .50 cents did no work only to unwind it back down to the strike price of the financing then fire away your concerns. As it stands right now participants in the PP can't sell, the company will be doing work and I expect KDI to make another move at some point above 7 and 8 based on their continued success (I hope so anyway being a shareholder at 4) and with it so goes DIA.

It has a lot going for it... few shares, experienced/respected management, cash, and benefits as
an area play
