Can't believe my eyes

Just looked at my portfolio today and was shocked to see the move by DIB to $2.71 -- I must admit I don't quite follow the news release from today. Seems way too good to be true -- I have never seen a share consolidation like this before. Anyone out there able to explain this one? Much appreciated!

As a follow-up,I think what's happened is that my discount brokerage account hasn't been updated to reflect the reverse split ... so right now my account looks pretty inflated. For a second there, thought Christmas arrived a little early this year! GLTA. M
