employee hiringmeans absolutely nothing at this point.
Lets look at the last couple of days:no new NR's, just a rehashing of 3 year old one.      
Hugh speculative buying and selling, Halted by TSX for 24 hours.
Difficultly in reaching "owner/operator"
Web-site not updated in 3 years.
Information on office closing and selling of assets, except for patent.
New  information is now out of Alberta, not B.C.
So, what can the company release after getting a call by investigators at a low $ value, job openings in the paper/web. 
That means that, if there are even interviews, the actual running of this company is months away.
besides, what makes you think that the patent cannot be sold and this company is done?
I actual got lucky on this one. lost only 2 cents a share.  (I actually was up 50% before being halted :())
Good luck, I hope I am way off on this one.
