They probably were just late on filing some papers or something it would be highly unlikely that they roll back then go belly up. Maybe they owe some fees that they didn't pay or the worst case

A 10 -1 rollback results in fewer shares on the market. This is what Bay Street like for future rounds of financing. So this adds to what a CEO wants, but this rollback adds NO
