RE: Why would they need
A 10 -1 rollback results in fewer shares on the market. This is what Bay Street like for future rounds of financing. So this adds to what a CEO wants, but this rollback adds NO value to the company. It is up to the share holders to vote and approve this, and that is what has happened. The best time for a rollback is when both volume and price are in a well established upward trend, along with a development plan that will have several announcements to support the new price. So.....hopefully there are some great announcements forthcoming. I can only assume that DIL also require additional rounds of financing. And so the bad news is the possiblilty that the company does not have a strong IR marketing program, or series of anouncemnts, and then the SP starts to tank. I see sometimes that is exactly what a CEO wants so that he can aquire additional stock at a cheaper price.
I believe that DIL needs further financing.
At the end of the day,DIL has some really good IP, so we shuld all make some good cash...but like everyone else , what the heck is going on ? Peter L? And the rest of you? Throw us a bone!!
