DIL - Transfer Agent

Not sure if they are there own agent or they have someone doing it for them.
Meaning below for Transfer agent. If anyone has some light on this I would like to know...have been watching this one closely as I beleive that they are in bed with INT which I own....and could mean huge $$$ if it gets bought out.

Anybody got any idea when this stock will be trading again.   Rumours of affiliation with INT have been noted by some posters on that board.BCG
