DIGIFONICA ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT & INVESTOR RELATIONS UPDATE
Digifonica International Inc. has closed its previously announced settlement of shares for debt. The company has issued 350,000 common shares at 10 cents per share to the president of the company to settle $35,000 of debt owed in respect of consultancy services provided to the company.
