Digifonica International Inc. will hold its annual and special meeting at 10 a.m. PT on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, in Suite 700 at 401 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C. The resolutions to be proposed have been notified to shareholders in the management proxy circular, a copy of which may be found on SEDAR.

The pasta is gonna be plain this year joe_pasta, overcooked ,no sauce and no salt. Rambo has a good supply of crackers and spam on hand he's seen this type of h_ell before and DIL has done no favours for the troops.I thought DIL shares would allow me to buy a space heater for Christmas but the way its going John Rambo is gonna be chopping firewood and hunting wild game for the holidays
