PlusP has all the cardsUnderstand there have been no visits to Nevada by PP. PP retaining home court adv over a mini-LSC with primary focus on DJI SA assets - not feelin it re DJI's obvious weakness. US assets could just be a throw-in to get SA sold. Not likely to end well at this point.
