PlusP has all the cards
Understand there have been no visits to Nevada by PP. PP retaining home court adv over a mini-LSC with primary focus on DJI SA assets - not feelin it re DJI's obvious weakness. US assets could just be a throw-in to get SA sold. Not likely to end well at this point.

It's DJI who is holding the cards with Argentina properties. DJI will give the assets away, looking back DJI has been in Argentina for approx 10 years, now showing some of highest grade lithium brine in Argentina reported off portion of the property. Got a call today. COO left for Argentina today. Most will start buying on the run up. Get in well the getting in is cheap!

King...u meant 'will not' give assets away? Regardless, Argentine peso dropped 20% yesterday. Pretty sure this is lousy timing for PlusP potential deal. just got more expensive for no reason.

Oil & Gas internationally deals in USA dollars. Any deal with DJI would be in Canadian $$$ as was LSC's buy out. I was told PP does billions in revenue each year. Peso may have effect, not sure how though.

Diving peso effect? 20% higher premium for any potential offer PP was considering up to yesterday. PP is argentine based and will feel the currency squeeze in terms of an offer - unless they keep a load of U$ offshore for just such a siuation. Let's hope.

That is exactly what they do Antigua. From my understanding, they use Eurpean councel & banking. Netherlands The headquarters of Pluspetrol's parent company operates in this European state. Its capital, Amsterdam, is strategically linked with many countries of the world and is the center of important financial institutions.

Looks like PP has shielded themselves quite well from the volatility of the Argentine economy. Being private as well helps. Lets hope things go well with the COO trip this week. Source: SEC filings " Pluspetrol Resources Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands"
