RE:RE:BATTERY MINERALS: US senate introduces new bill

RE:RE:BATTERY MINERALS: US senate introduces new bill The USA government could  expropriation of any critical element in the name of national defense/national security.

Teels Marsh & Alkali Valley are unproven lithium exploration targets. Teels being the most promising of the two. Management needs to raise money. Maybe there will be a deal with Pluspetrol on the sale of a portion or all of the 93,000 hectares Dajin Sa. holds.

Expropriation of mining properties is more likely in Argentina & Peru. If the USA was to take this route compensation for the property is law in the USA.

The Legal Basis for Expropriation:

In the U.S., a doctrine known as "eminent domain" provides the legal foundation for expropriation. U.S. courts have accepted the doctrine as a power of the government by suggesting it is implied by the Fifth Amendment clause covering compensation. Under this rationale, the Amendment's statement that property cannot be expropriated without proper compensation implies that property can, in fact, be taken.
