How does having NO cash...

...affect DJI's negotiation in these situatons:

1) further developing Dajin SA assets with PlusPetrol when PP reaches is 2MM spend cap,
2) selling only subsidiary Dajin SA  to Pluspetrol,
3) outright sale of DJI and subsidiaries to PP?

Thanks.

What does DJI's latest bank statement show? How do you know - gut feeling?

A/o Feb19/Q1, cash est $44,000CAD. Likely depleted in current Q2 - not confirmed, but Q2 #s s/b out soon. As for the scenarios - just a guess on options/outcomes. So question: where's DJI leverage strongest - 1,2 or 3? Or will DJI be rag-dolled?

Until DJI can put news out on the position they're in with Pluspetrol the stock isn't going to do anything. Venture market is risky enough without mystery, add mystery to the story, like any thriller you sit on the edge of the seat and wait for the out come. @@ Deer in head-lights.   ...more
