ALUMINUM CHLORIDE - brine or salt crystal
If spodumene is comprized of....
silica
aluminum
lithium
And the lithium bonds to alumiun via silca
It would be interesting to see a junior isolate the aluminum credits
and dissolve the aluminum
to see if the any lithium - imparts due to a hiddeen bond overlooked by lab
some miners in nevada show upto 3,000 ppm in thier soils
could it be other miners have missed hidden bonds via aluminum + lithium bonding ?
could isolating the aluminum with in clays....
and yes... clays are comprized of lots of aluminum...
could the miner discover al lthe more lithium and increase the ppm grade
to that of other peers ?
Just an open thought.
Aluminum and Lithium have strong corelations to - bond when in a spodumene lithium form.
NOW - WHAT ABOUT AN ALUMINUM CHLORIDE SALT ?
Could the lithium also be in this aluminum salt ?
The sodium seems to be more prevalent wirth chlorides in nevada
could the lithium piggy back on the sodium chloride ?
Could a lab have overlook the lithium that may have bonded ?
The trick would be to test for an indifferent ionic charge.
A charge that exceeds the singular ionic charge of just one salt.
Looking for - a pair that bonded
= higher ionic charge
= would reveal a dual hidden bond
