Nesbitt used to support the stock but now pounding it off the books and getting rid of the dirty water from Nigeria. Decklar started the OZA 1 well re-entry in September of 2021 and after 10 months its flowing at a low volume start up. Perhaps the big reason that you can trade todays volume with out a 10-20 percent up tick is how slow this Company gets things done despite the wages paid to Blount and Halpin.
