Nobody even wants to pay .33 cents for a share. I can not say i blame them with another 4-6 weeks before Oil possibly goes to market.

I'll wait and buy more at 20 cents or lower. That's where it's headed without cash flow.

Interesting news today! But it says that certain outstanding conditions must be met before monies are released. As usual there's a catch and Decklar doesn't have a good track record of honesty. Time will tell.

True enough and certain seller never goes away with them having a net sell of over 200 k today.Perhaps news just creating another exit  option. With todays volume this should have moved North of .35-.40 cents.
