Element Financial Connection?This is my first post on the V.DLS board. I heard a rumour that Dr. Small and Mr. Bridge of Element Financial who are now on the board of V.DLS (which I think is incredible for them to join this micro cap story) have been looking at taking over some of the Element Financial assets that Element may be looking to divest to focus on their fleet leasing business. This is purely a rumour so any readers pls don't take any credibility to this but wondered if anyone can shed some legitimate light on this rumour? The stock has performed incredibly since Dr. Small and Mr. Bridge joined but I'm finding it hard to see the value at this price level - unless ofcourse there is a news release that comes from Element - in which case I think would give the company a lot of exposure.
I also wonder why Dr. Small and Mr. Bridge would join this board? I guess that the good Doctor and Mr. Bridge must think they can add more percentage upside value in a penny stock to go from cents to dollars easier than a 100% gain annually with the Canadian blue chip market darling Element over the past 3 years. Any other non promotional feedback is appreciated.
