I think the party that Delta wants to acquire wants to see the drill results, namely the last holes not yet released as Delta, presumably, gets closer and closer to the boundry or border. Perhaps they think that they have the bonanza grades, etc, you know how it goes. Everybody always pounds on their chest until the drill proves it up. It could be price, nsr, all kinds of things desired.
So who is close to the end of Delta/s propety in the direction that they are currently drilling? Delta must have checked the geology and came to a conclusion in that regard. I know you posted a map some time ago. Does Delta about 1.5 kilometes to go in the current direction before they run out of land?

Looking over the details .. they really wanted property 1 . Complicated deal I can see why it took so long . Market value X 10 ... unheard of . On strike and contiguous!!
