Yeah, the next business line to start up wil be mortgage companies flogging 30 year mortgages for purchasing a new EV so people can sell their condo and use the funds to buy a Tesla or equivalent.
They will sell their condo turnkey because the furniture will not fit into the car. :-))
A lot of people seem to have a lot more money than they know what to do with, or they're going in debt up to their ears just to be part of the "in" group. Just think how many shares they could buy in DM instead.
