I think that retail investors are more at risk when PP argeed upon conditions were not followed. When we buy, we support the share price so that PP were possible. With the recent early warrant program, some of those needing cash may need to cash out at as low as .06 to exercise their warrants, and retail investors end up with less value in DM. A simple matter of supply and demand, and the cheap .06 shares. The should sell $4mm in graph and use part of the proceed, to repurchase some outstanding DMs, without issuing even more shares. JMHO
