net benefit is DM will have a new customer in screen pro who sole sources test kits from DM, this new company will secure contracts, facilitate testing needs for their customers fromm B thru Z.. DM will remain A in the equation which is what we have right now (except DM is focusing on customers untill screen picks that slack up)... Oh, and DM will remain in compliance with the requlators and thus not be halted.
