At the beginning of 2018 Datametrex build Ronin Blockchain. At that time, Datametrex planned to mine Cryptocurrencies at scale. They set up facilities in Canada and also went to China to build up the world biggest mining infrastrcture. But for setting up that infrastructure there were a lot of hardware and energy investments necessary. And before Ronin Blockchain (100% subsadiary of DM) become succesful, the Bitcoin bubble bursted. And Datametrex left with a lot of debt (I remeber it was something between $12 and 20 million CAD, but not sure about it). CEO Gunter managed to get rid of these debts. What is a HUGE success for him and Datametrex.
When Ronin Blockchain was wrote down, they sais it would be possible to reactivate it.
But because it is very cost intesive to do so and also it is risky because at the end, financial institutions will do it by their own, I would for sure NOT reactivate Ronin Blockchain (never ever).
But selling it to someone who want to invest in that sector is a good idea, in my opinion.
