Time between signing and announcement is almost a week.
We know that Marshall does not sleep , so who else thinks there is more to including the date than me For some reason I believe we are going to see some contract news for these tests before Feb 9. There is so much going on behind the scenes , that Marshal wants us shareholders to know where were at It costs money everytime they put out a news release and with so much in the pipeline, it would cost them a fortune to release each one separate. What i expect is a trading halt on Feb 8, full public disclosure on February 9 via webinar and later in the day a resumption of trading.
Personally I would want to be fully loaded with my shares before the market closes on Friday.
