Sometimes what the company is portraying in their quarterlies compared to what is actually happening can be confusing and also if you read a half dozen analyst reports you may get at least 3 different opinions so nothing is clear cut.
There is constant pressure - especially from brokers -- take your profit, take your profit. So by the time a stock has run to a high multiple you have very few, if any, shares left. But the brokers have made their commissions :-)). Tough row to hoe!
