Closing of Telehealth deal for 12 million and 60 million in my IMO may not increase our SP as the value may be built in to SP already.   The market is aware of Telehealth dea since March and signing not a surprise.

The market usually reacts to news it is not aware of.   What the market usually looks for is A1 or news not anticipated.  Market usually wants projection of future earnings.  Will 12 million dollar Telehealth  generate earnings for future. and to what extent?.  Our O/S capital goes to 353 million?
