Yes, management is saying positive stuff...but the market is not buying what they are selling....well, not as yet. Yes, there are manipulation in the market....but I don't think that's happening to DM....the big selling by a management member previously, significant dilution without any increase in accretive valuation, simply means the market is adjusting the share price down to digest this increase in shares.
