The short listed proponents have gone through the process which in this case, there was what i would call two post tender addendums in the process, now DM made it and now there is a certain amount of Due Diligence from Canada, for one this is a 40M dollar contract which will require more than one approval before the award, also like SeniorC said: "and it will be officially awarded after verification of predefined technical items and verification of DM's capacity to deliver." I am in agreement with you SeniorC and i would venture to say knowing that a $40M contract from Canada will take about 30 days to get an official award unless DM fails to meet the final details but again my experience with Canada tells me, if DM got this far in the process, it should be in the bag!
