Mrs .V Share price kept low before news release out about a 400milion dollar deal .
stock went from .05 to .25 in an hr then to .38
alot of accumulation and push down in price .

a possible buy out of DM .V would see the price pushed down before offer . Then the buyout price would come in at 30 percent premium to 30 day average . Lower than true value
