Marshalls absence…Marshalls absence… is my true belief that there was a lot going on behind the scenes and if there is anyone that's going to be involved with any type of major negotiations it will be Marshall himself. I can only think there is something big coming and he is doing what he needs to do and that is , devote his attention. I've said it before that I believe there could be a more effective PR person. Marshall does not come across as somebody running away from the issues. He has demonstrated in his relatively short time at the wheel that he is a man of action and has certainly implemented a tremendous amount of potential.
